Driver Whose Case Reached Supreme Court Accepts Plea

A man faces a maximum 24 years in prison for causing a November 2007 traffic accident that led to the death of a newborn girl, under the terms of a plea agreement. Logan Lage’s plea agreement calls for a prison sentence between 16 and 24 years, the Grand Junction Sentinel reports.
Lage will drop an appeal now pending before the Colorado Supreme Court.
