Kim Casey, a partner in the Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, her firm said.
The association educates members and the public about state and municipal bond law as well as provides advice and comment at the federal, state and local levels with respect to legislation, regulations and rulings affecting state and municipal obligations.
