LAW WEEK COLORADO
Bankruptcy and restructuring matters litigator Keith Sambur has joined Ballard Spahr’s Denver office as an associate in the litigation department. Sambur joins the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery Group, where he will represent companies facing financial or operational distress. He’ll also provide services to hedge funds, investment banks and other financial institutions suffering with investments.
“Keith’s experience and expertise in complex workouts will be a great addition to our extremely busy national bankruptcy group,” said Roger Thomasch, managing partner of the firm’s Denver office. “We are thrilled to have him.”
Sambur comes to Ballard Spahr from firms Richards Kibbe & Orbe and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, both in their New York offices.
