New appellate court judge Sean Connelly won’t stand for retention, the Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commission announced Wednesday.
The commission released information on how to apply for Connelly’s position.
Connelly, a former federal prosecutor, previously was a name partner at the former Reilly Pozner & Connelly, now just Reilly Pozner.
