DENVER — Court documents detail how 7th Judicial District Attorney Myrl Serra allegedly sexually abused his female employees and threatened their jobs if they did not perform favors for him.
The documents were originally obtained by Katharhynn Heidelberg of the Montrose Daily Press after they were made public on Nov. 4. They were otherwise unavailable because the Montrose County Justice Center was unable to email or fax the documents. The Press e-mailed the documents to Law Week.
Serra, through his attorney M. Colin Bresee, “vehemently denies” all allegations in the documents.
