RESTORING ORDER: Gov. John Hickenlooper on Tuesday re-appointed five of the 10 public trustees who resigned or retired at his request last month following reports of how some who held the office spent the public dollars they collected. He also named three new public trustees in Boulder, Adams and Pueblo counties. Among the five who were reappointed is attorney and Weld County trustee Susie Velasquez. Two positions remain unfilled — the spots in Arapahoe and Mesa counties.
