Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell announced last week the addition of associates Michael Mulvania, Marissa Ronk and Elliott Hood to the firm.
Mulvania will focus his practice on complex commercial and employment litigation. He earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Before law school, he served as a captain in the U. S. Army and is an Iraq War veteran.
Prior to joining WTO, Mulvania was an associate at a litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., where he handled securities, antitrust, environmental litigation, white collar and internal investigations.
Ronk will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions and product liability defense. She received her law degree in 2011 from Harvard Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar in First Amendment law.
After law school, Ronk clerked in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. From there she was a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office, where she handled product liability and consumer class action matters.
Hood will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation and class actions. He received his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
Hood served as a law clerk on the Denver District Court’s criminal docket and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit in Oklahoma City. Prior to law school, he was a corps member and fifth-grade teacher with Teach for America in Las Vegas and the director of individual giving for TFA in Chicago.
